Every package can be served from any of our three setups. We will help you pick the right one for your venue and crowd.

Trailer

Compact, professionally wrapped, and easy to position in tight spaces. Operates off a small generator or standard outlet. Removable tongue lets it fit almost anywhere.

Great for: small venues, indoor events

Tent

A traditional look with all the professional touches. NSF and ANSI certified equipment. Licensed annually within Maricopa County. Perfect when you want that classic open-air feel.

Great for: outdoor events, markets, fairs

Truck

Our one-of-a-kind popcorn truck is a fully licensed mobile kitchen. Self-contained with a built-in DIY Shaved Ice Flavor Station on the side. The full experience.

Great for: large events, festivals, wow factor

Permanent & Semi-Permanent Concessions

Need an ongoing concession partner? We staff permanent and semi-permanent stands with our full menu and a team of professional hawkers. Kettle corn, lemonade, shaved ice, and more for your venue's season.

Is there a minimum guest count?

We are happy to work with groups of all sizes. When you submit your event details, we will recommend the best setup and package based on your expected headcount.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks out. For busier weekends and peak season, booking up to 6 months in advance is ideal to secure your date.

Do you travel outside Maricopa County?

Yes. We serve events across Arizona. Travel fees may apply for locations outside the Phoenix Metro area. Include your venue address in the form and we will confirm availability.

Can I combine packages or customize the menu?

Absolutely. We are flexible and can mix options, add extras, or build a custom setup depending on your needs and budget. Just let us know in the form.

Is a deposit required?

We will go over deposit details and payment terms once we confirm your event. Everything is straightforward and outlined before you commit.

What if it rains or the event is cancelled?

We handle Arizona weather like pros. If conditions make service unsafe, we work with you on rescheduling or adjustments. We will cover cancellation policies when we confirm your booking.
